All our Monthly Maintenance & Service Repairs Customers receive timely and efficient solutions for their property issues, ensuring your home or vacation rental remains in pristine condition. We handle the upkeep so you can focus on maximizing bookings. Our Standard Monthly Maintenance Services and Repairs Membership of $99 (valued over $250 per month) gives you access to - Monthly Site Inspection: Inspecting the property to catch any unforeseen issues, documenting and offering free quotes on repairs. (If its simple enough we will handle for free at that moment) - A list of basic service repairs (Normally $300-500) At or less than the cost of a $150 Service call Fee. (All fees Exclude Material costs) - More Complex Repairs and Projects List- we do for under $500 - We can also handle Small Improvement Projects > $1000! - When an issue is out of our scope. We can coordinate subcontractor bidding and communication to find a resolution. (Limitations exist- Lets discuss your needs before Beginning a Membership) **Basic Maintenance Services List >$150 (Labor costs only) - Clogged Toilet - Garbage Disposal Replacement - Loose, Damaged Or Dripping Faucet - Electrical Socket issues - Changing light bulbs, fixtures or replacing Balasts - Circuit Breaker Inspection (electrical issues) - Dripping or Loose Shower Handle or Head - Door Handle Replacement or Repair - Shoveling and Cleaning Walkways - Plumbing Leaks - Leaking Toilet or Flapper Replacement - Guest Emergencies - Fix Wifi Issues - Asses Damages from Guests (with Professional Quotes) - Paint Scuffs or Touch-ups - Small Holes in the Wall ...
